Product was not well packed, not wrapped in buble foiled. Before I ordered it, I asked the supplier to wrap it well as I saw comments that the bowl was received damaged by other buyers. But I was lucky, even 8f the bowl did not have additional protection it arrived in good condition. It is quite big like I wanted suitable for my Labrador.

make sure you get the right size. somehow I received a small bowl. it's a great bowl. just wish they had sent me the large one.
